QuickCare Pet Insurance

QuickCare Gold and QuickCare Complete policies offer coverage for chronic and hereditary defects, including hip dysplasia.

Cancer coverage limit of $3,000, or option of double coverage limit of $6,000.

All accidents covered up to $3000 per incident.  All illnesses (including hereditary conditions) covered. Illness coverage amount is for each of 12 separate illness categories up to $3000 per category over the lifetime of the pet.  Double illness coverage ($6000 per category) is available.  Incident limits do not reset annually.

Lifetime accident coverage is unlimited.

Lifetime illness coverage is $36,000 (12 categories, $3,000 each category), or option of double illness coverage $72,000 (12 categories, $6000 each category).

Mail or fax in a completed one page claim form completed by yourself & your attending veterinarian along with the detailed receipts.

Your policy is continuous provided your premium payments are up-to-date. Your policy can be canceled by you or by us, with proper notice as described in your policy Terms and Conditions.

The policy may be terminated by the insurer giving the insured 15 days written notice; or by the insured giving insurer written notice with no less than 1 month premium retained.

All breeds of dogs and cats are accepted, but certain dog breeds are subject to a "Select Breeds" premium price or enrollment age restrictions.  Once enrolled into a program the pet may stay on that program for the rest of its life, up to policy limits.  Medical records are required at the time of enrollment.

Enrollment for QuickCare Gold and QuickCare Complete is allowed up to age 10 for cats, age 8 for dogs and age 6 for Select Dog Breeds.
