One time coverage for any malignant tumour, diagnosed by histopathology. Not noted, diagnosed or treated during the previous 36 months. $2,000 per incident limit.

Selected accidents covered from $500 to $2000 depending on accident. Selected geriatric ailments (stroke and/or seizures, heart disease, cancer) covered up to $2000 each.  Incident limits do not reset annually.

Mail or fax in a completed one page claim form completed by yourself & your attending veterinarian along with the detailed receipts.

Your policy is continuous provided your premium payments are up-to-date. Your policy can be canceled by you or by us, with proper notice as described in your policy Terms and Conditions.

The policy may be terminated by the insurer giving the insured 15 days written notice; or by the insured giving insurer written notice with no less than 1 month premium retained.

All breeds of dogs and cats are accepted. Medical records are required at the time of enrollment. Once enrolled your pet is guaranteed coverage for the rest of it's life, up to policy limits.

Shar-Pei and Shar-Pei crossbreeds are not covered for the illness coverage under this policy. Illness coverage not available for dogs with adult onset demodex (after age five).
