Hip dysplasia is optional coverage for pets enrolled before their first birthdays only, and only included if you elect to have it. Hip dysplasia coverage is not optional for pets who enroll after their first birthday.

No Payout Limit - With Trupanion, your pet receives unlimited lifetime pet insurance coverage. Trupanion does not impose any per incident limits, annual limits, or lifetime limits on the amount of care your pet can receive.

You have the option to select a lifetime per-incident deductible of $0 or any deductible amount from $50 to $1000 in increments of $5

Trupanion offers a 30 money-back guarantee, if you have not made a claim.

Claims can be submitted via fax or mail.  Send in completed claim form and actual receipts within 90 days of the treatment date.

Th policy is continued until cancelled, and will renew automatically each month as long as premium payments are current.

You may cancel your policy at anytime without penalty.  To cancel, notify the company in writing via regular mail, fax, or e-mail at least 14 days in advance of your next premium payment.
